quick quorn bolognaise

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Quorn mince, frozen meat alternative (HCP added*)
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Oil, olive
 g Cheese, Mascarpone

Directions:

start off by weighing all ingredients .
add to a saucepan and cook on a low heat all the ingredients except for the liquidgen and cheese.
keep stiring until all fully cooked through and then transfer to a blender making sure its not too hot.
onnce added to blender add the cheese and liquidgen and at least 100mls of water if using to feed via gastrostomy.
blend until smooth, once cooled serve into a bowl and feed.
this can be cooled down and kept in the fridge for 24hrs maximum if you are wanted to bulk cook.
