cucumber n egg breakfast meal

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, boiled
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

weigh up all ingredients
add to blender
blend until smooth , adding at least 100mls of water and feed via gastrostamy
