pumpkin mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pumpkin, flesh only, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Sage, dried, ground

Directions:

1 peel de-seed the pumpkin and slice into chunks steam over boiling water till tender 
2 in a small pan melt the butter, then add the ketocal, sage and season to taste add the cooked pumpkin and mash until smooth 
3 serve warm or allow to cool then freeze until needed
