INGREDIENTS:**
 g Raspberries, frozen
 ml Betaquik (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)

Directions:

Mix the ketocal, 8g of butter, egg, cream and water together. 
Split roughly into 3 portions and cook in the pan with the rest of the butter. Flip after 2-3 minutes and cook on the other side.
Serve with 26g grapes or 85g frozen raspberries (thawed) if he wants to try them?
Serve alongside Betaquik
