Homemade pizza MB 13.09.21

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Oil, olive
ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Peperoni (Tesco) (HCP added*)
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
ml MCT Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 165°C/gas mark 3
2. Mix KetoCal 3:1 with olive oil, egg and water in a bowl
3. Spread mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet in a 6” circle
4. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl to make pizza topping
5. Spread mixture on top of base evenly, leaving 1cm around edge with no topping
6. Sprinkle with mixed herbs
7. Cook for 15 mins or until golden
Serve with diet coke and 20ml of MCT oil
