salted caramel sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Salt

Directions:

1 heat the butter and sweetner in a pan over med heat and simmer for 3 minutes 
2 then add the double cream and ketocal and boil for 5 minutes on med heat until thickened 
3 take off the heat and add the vanilla and sea salt 
4 serve warm or allow to cool and store in the fridge until needed
