chicken and green veg meal

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g chicken breast oven baked (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Cabbage, average, boiled in unsalted water
 g Peas, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

Cook the chicken in the oven, while doing so get the rest of the ingredients boiled. Once soft pop into a blender along with the cooked chicken and oil. Blend until smooth. once cool serve .
