parmesan crackers with smoked salmon

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)
 g Cheese, spreadable, full fat, soft, white
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Lemon peel
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 mix the grated parmesan ketocal season with salt and pepper, place small amount of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and flatted with the back of a spoon, bake a 170oc for 10/12 minutes until golden around the edges remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray ( once cooled you can store in an air tight tin)
2 mix the mayo lemon zest and ketocal LQ spoon onto the top of the cracker and place the smoked salmon on top season with pepper.
