pecan pie/ mince pie

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Pecan nuts, kernel only
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Peel, mixed
 g Sultanas

Directions:

1 in a bowl mix the almonds with 13g of melted butter to form a pastry allow to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes
2 press the chilled pastry into a tart tin, 
3 chop the pecans mixed peel and sultanas and place into the tart 
4 melt the 6g of butter add the ketocal LQ, cinnamon, sweetener and egg whisk together and pour into the tart  case 
5 bake at 160oc ofr 12/ 15 minutes until the tart has set and the edges of the pastry are golden brown allow to cool in the tin 
6 remove from the tart case and serve you can freeze for upto 3 months until needed.
