cucumber rolls

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g cress
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder

Directions:

1 slice the cucumber with a veg peeler down the length soo you have long strips
2 place the strips onto plastic wrap 
3 mix the ketocal and cheese together season with slat and pepper and spread over the cucumber sprinkle over the cress 
4 roll up using the plastics wrap to help roll up like a swiss roll 
5 cut into slice or wrap and chill until needed
