white chocolate and raspberry mousse

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml skinny white chocolate (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Raspberries, raw
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)

Directions:

1 in a bowl crush the raspberries with a folk 
2 in a bowl whisk the cream and cream cheese keto LQ and skinny syrup together stir in the mashed raspberries 
3 place in small bowl or glass and chill until needed 
4  KEEP IN THE FRIDHE FOR 3 DAYS
