Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, spreadable (75-80% fat)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Water, distilled
 g Milk, skimmed, UHT
 g Morrisons Smoked Back Bacon Rashers (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 ml Waldon Farm sugar free maple walnut/pancake syrup (HCP added*)
 g Protifar
 g Lemon juice, fresh
 g Livlife Bread (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, stir in egg and milk then mix well.
  2. Mix KetoCal and water into the mixture.
  3. Add spray oil to a frying pan and warm on medium heat.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve with raspberries.
