mct pancake no nuts

INGREDIENTS:**
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 whisk everything together until you have a smooth batter (if its a little thick add some cold water it should be like double cream in texture)
2 heat the oil in a pan and add spoonful of the batter you will know when it needs flipping over as bubbles will be showing on the top and the bottom will be golden and set
3 flip and cook for a minute until golden, cool on a tray wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until needed,
