MCT ham and cheese wrap packed lunch EY

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo-Dough (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Ham
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Strawberries, raw

Directions:

1. Mix mayo and add 8mls of MCT oil. Spread the rest of the MCT oil on the wrap and then add lettuce and cucumber (as much as desired) to the Lo-Dough wrap. Alternatively, add MCT oil to no added sugar squash. 
2. Serve with 7g of Wotsits and 62g strawberries.
