Lentils with Vegetables-Copy

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lentils, red, split, dried, boiled in unsalted water
 g Garlic puree
 g Tomato puree
 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, olive
 g Butter, salted
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Peas, raw

Directions:

1.Mix lentils, garlic puree and tomato puree together.

2.Mash celeriac with olive oil and butter and mix together.

3.Top with parmesan and serve with peas.
