Cauliflower Cheese and Peas

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Peas, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, unsalted

Directions:

Boil or steam cauliflower and peas. Warm double cream with 10g of the cheese to make a cheese sauce (add water if too thick). Pour over the cooked cauliflower and peas. Top with the remaining cheese and grill until slightly browned.
