 g Ham, premium
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Mama Lupes tortilla wrap low carb (HCP added*)

Directions:

spread wrap with mayo fill with ham and cucumber.
Whip cream and flavour with carb free sweetener
