Mushroom scramble with toast

INGREDIENTS:**
ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
g Butter, salted
g Mushrooms, white, raw
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
g Bread, brown, average
ml MCT Oil
Directions:
Heat the olive oil and some of the butter in a pan and fry your chopped mushrooms. Beat the egg in a cup and mix in the cream. Add this to your pan and mix until everything scrambles. Toast your bread and spread the remaining butter on it and serve. Give the MCT oil to bump up the fat.
