INGREDIENTS:**
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 g Water, distilled
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml MCT Oil

Directions:

1 mix flour, ketocal powder and 10mls of the mct oil with the water to form a dough 
2 place the dough onto a lined baking sheet and press out with your hands to form a pizza base 
3 mix the chopped tomatoes season with salt pepper and the rest of the MCT oil and cover the pizza base 
4 add the topping then sprinkle with the cheese bake at 170oc until the bacon is cooked and the cheese melted 10,15 minutes 
5 you can make the pizza base and then freeze until needed,
