seed bread nut egg free

INGREDIENTS:**
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Salt
 ml MCT Oil
 g Linwood cold milled flaxseed
 g Sunflower seeds
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 in a food processor add the chia, sunflower, flax, salt and wizz until you have a fine texture
2 mix the seeds with the fiber flour and husk
3 stir in the mct oil and slowly add the warm water little at a time until you have a dough ****** some husk might need less or more water to get bread dough so add little at a time*********
4 shape the dough or roll out into rolls (oil your hands)
5 bake at 150oc for 25/35 minutes until set allow to cool 
6 ******* i used a small loaf tin to bake this bread so i could slice it to make sandwiches
