2.2:1 Beef/aubergine lasagne (serves 4) - JO 4/1/2024

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Oil, olive
 g Onions, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Aubergine, raw
 g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Creme fraiche, half fat
 g Tomato puree
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Hellmans light mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Potatoes, new and salad, boiled in salted water, flesh and skin

Directions:

Patient recipe (serves 4)




1. Add oil to a pan and Fry the mince with the chopped tomatoes, carrots, spring onions, tomato and garlic puree. Add a pinch of
dried herbs and salt and pepper.
2. Finely slice the aubergine. Fry in 10g oil until softened.
3. Finely slice boiled potatoes
3. Mix calogen with creme fraiche and mayonnaise
4. Layer the beef mix, aubergine slices and potato slices into an ovenproof dish
5.  Pour over the calogen and creme fraiche mixture and top with cheese
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
