2.2:1 Fish and Chips - JO 18/12/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cod, flesh only, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Lo-dough Southern style coating (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Vegan Mayonniase (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Celeriac, raw

Directions:

Measure out the fish
Beat the egg along  and place into a bowl Place the lo-dough coating in another bowl
Dip the fish into the egg mixture and then into the coating
Peel the celeriac and cut into batons
Place them in an oven proof tray along with the olive oil and toss with a pinch of salt and any dried herbs
place the celeriac in the oven and bake for an initial 15 minutes at 200 degrees C, then gently turn them over
Place fish in the oven and bake along with celeriac for 10-12 minutes until fish is cooked and celeriac is blistered
Serve alongside mayonnaise

NB: scrape all the oil from the celeriac tray and drizzle it onto the fish or into the mayonnaise
