2.2:1 blueberry cereal - JO 14/12/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Blueberries
 g Cinnamon, ground
 ml Elmlea, double cream, 100% plant (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Ham
 ml Calogen Neutral

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, gas mark 3
In a bowl, mix together Ketocal powder, almonds, blueberries (start with a small amount and add more if needed),  and ground cinnamon until a crumble texture is formed
if required, add water and form into a ball. gently roll small amounts of mixture into balls and place on a oven tray
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes
Whip cream and calogen neutral together
Serve alongside cereal balls with ham and any leftover blublerries
