3:1 Bakewell tart snack - JO 18/12/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Oil, olive
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Lo-Dough (HCP added*)
 g ASDA Low Cal Strawberry Flavour Jelly Pot (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Whisk the oil with a squirt of sugar-free sweetener. Add the ground almonds, beaten egg and a drop of vanilla extract
This bit is tricky because the lo-dough tries to jump out of the muffin tin. Roll out the lo-dough so it is thinner and cut into a circle. 
Press the lo-dough into the mould or muffin tin, add the strawberry jelly and top with the cake mix
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees
Once browned, take the muffin tin out and place onto a cooling rack. Serve alongside blueberries
