pumpkin mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pumpkin, flesh only, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, unsalted
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 i used tinned or canned pumpkin for this recipe, once opened you can portion and freeze the remaining (make sure it is just the pumpkin, not the pumpkin pie filling they look the same)
2 Heat the pumpkin puree in the microwave until warm,
3 stir in the butter and ketocal powder, season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir so everything is well combined.
4 great for sausage and mash, top a fish pie or cottage pie, or as a side dish for a roast dinner.
