pumpkin pasties

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo Dough wrap base (serving = 1 wrap/28g (HCP added*)
 g Pumpkin, flesh only, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 cut the wrap into using a small plate or a cookie cutter 
2 in a bowl mix the mashed pumpkin with the cheese and ketocal powder season to taste mix to combine together 
3 brush the wrap with the oil then add the filling to one half then fold over the wrap so you have a half moon shape press the sides together 
4 brush the outside with the rest of the oil and place on a baking tray 
5 bake at 170oc for 10/15 minutes until golden,
6 serve hot or cold for a lunch box
