1.2:1 MCT cottage pie batch cook- EM 12/10/22

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Potatoes, old, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
 g Protifar
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 g Tomato puree
 g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Onions, raw
 g Celery, raw

Directions:

Finely slice carrot, celery and onions
Add to a pan along with the oil and cook until soft
Add minced beef and fry until browned
add garlic, tomato puree, season with dried herbs, salt and pepper
cook for 10 minutes and then transfer to an oven proof dish and mix in the MCT oil
Measure out the boiled potato and mash with the cheese and butter
Spoon the mash onto the mince and bake in the oven at 180 for 15-20 minutes


To batch cook, multiply the ingredients by the number of portions you need. Cool completely and freeze in portions for up to 3 months.
Defrost completely before reheating in the microwave
