2:1 Frankfurter stir fry - JO 13/12/23

INGREDIENTS:**
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Courgette, raw
g Sainsburys Frankfurter (HCP added*)
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Oil, olive
g Soy sauce, light and dark varieties
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Carrots, old, raw
g Sesame seeds
Directions:
- Spiralise the courgette or cut into thin strips to form noodles. Boil in salted water until soft
- Slice the mushrooms, carrots and spring onions
- add to a frying pan with oil and garlic puree and fry until soft
- add the courgette noodles along with sliced frankfurter, soya sauce and and heat through
- Turn off heat and serve, top with sesame seeds and serve avocado on the side or in the stir fry
