2:1 Frankfurter stir fry - JO 13/12/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Courgette, raw
 g Sainsburys Frankfurter (HCP added*)
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Soy sauce, light and dark varieties
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Spiralise the courgette or cut into thin strips to form noodles. Boil in salted water until soft
  2. Slice the mushrooms, carrots and spring onions
  3. add to a frying pan with oil and garlic puree and fry until soft
  4. add the courgette noodles along with sliced frankfurter, soya sauce and  and heat through
  5. Turn off heat and serve, top with sesame seeds and serve avocado on the side or in the stir fry
