Cheesy mash with meat and veg school EY 27.10.2022

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
 g Butter, salted
 g Celeriac, raw
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Weigh the peeled celeriac and potato and boil until cooked
2. Mash with the double cream and butter and grate cheddar cheese on top (normal serving)

3. Serve with meat of your choice e.g. sausage / chicken... (5ml oil can be used to fry meat. Remove one of cream or butter from the mash if this is done) 
4. Can be served with a small portion of peas, carrots or tomatoes if desired
