English gravy

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, unsalted
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g Stock cubes, vegetable
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 in a jug add stock cube and pour over boiling water stir to dissolve
2 in a small pan heat the butter over low heat once melted whisk in the flour,
3 add the hot stock a little at a time stirring or use a whisk to mix keep whisking then add more stock
4 whisk in all the stock and simmer until thick 
serve hot or freeze until needed 
if you need more fat add in double cream or ketocal 4.1 LQ, MCT oil can be used to replace the butter.
