Scrambled egg and mackerel

INGREDIENTS:**
ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
g Mackerel, canned in brine
g Butter, unsalted
ml Cream, double, Avonmore (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Paprika
Directions:
Beat the egg, cream and oil together.Melt the butter in a small pan, add the egg mix and cook gently until set.Stir in the flaked mackerel.Mash avocado with fork until soft and serve with the egg, with a tiny pinch of paprika (if desired).
