Blueberry Muffins (SA3)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Butter, salted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 ml Alpro growing up soya milk (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries
 g Blackberries, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix together KetoCal, baking powder, coconut flour, and ground almonds with the butter.
  3. Add beaten egg, a squirt of sweetener and the milk. Add blueberries to the mixture once in the moulds.
  4. Cook for 30 mins or until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire tray.
