 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Bananas, flesh only
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Coconut milk


Add avocado, banana, cream and well mixed coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth, or if preferred mix in a bowl until smooth.
