Blackberry Crumble (SA3)

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Butter, salted
ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
g Blackberries, raw
g Corn flour (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 150C/gas mark 2.
- Place KetoCal, butter, corn flour, coconut flour and a squirt of sweetener in a bowl.
- Rub in butter with fingertips to make fine crumbs.
- Place blackberries in a small ovenproof dish and cover with the crumble topping.
- Cook in preheated oven for 10 mins.
