Blackberry Crumble (SA3)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, salted
 ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g Blackberries, raw
 g Corn flour (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 150C/gas mark 2.
  2. Place KetoCal, butter, corn flour, coconut flour and a squirt of sweetener in a bowl.
  3. Rub in butter with fingertips to make fine crumbs.
  4. Place blackberries in a small ovenproof dish and cover with the crumble topping.
  5. Cook in preheated oven for 10 mins.
