Chia and Keyo pot with raspberries

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml carbzero (HCP added*)
 g Keyo (HCP added*)
 g Raspberries, raw
 g Cream, fresh, clotted
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)

Directions:

Add carbzero and chia seeds into a small bowl, cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the seeds to soften and swell. After 1 hour, stir in the Keyo and return to the fridge for a further hour to chill and allow the chia seeds to swell a little more. Serve with chopped raspberries and clotted cream.
