Daisy Garland Christmas Lunch

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Brussels sprouts, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Turkey, light meat, roasted
 g Knorr Beef Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Cut celeriac in small pieces and bake in oven or stir fry in half the butter.
2. Stir fry the finely chopped carrot and finely chopped brussels in remaining butter.
3. You can either bake sausage and bacon in oven or fry in saucepan with other veggies (will need longer to cook through than veggies).
4. Mix stock with a bit of water. The sausages and bacon are lovely mixed with mayo.


10ml Liquigen via feeding tube.
