Cheese and Ham Tart (SA3)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 g Water, distilled
 g Cheese, spreadable, full fat, soft, white
 g Ham
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Blueberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160C/gas mark 3.
  2. Place coconut flour and KetoCal in a bowl, rub in butter with fingertips.
  3. Sprinkle water over top and mix until becomes stiff crumbly pastry, roll into a ball.
  4. Line tartlet tin by pressing pastry into edges.
  5. Mix cream cheese, ham, mushroom, egg and 4g cheddar cheese together and fill tartlet tin.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Cook for 10-12 mins.
  8. Serve blueberries for dessert.
