Egg Mayonnaise and Bacon salad

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, boiled
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw

Directions:

Boil the egg. In a pan cook the bacon, leave to cool then slice the bacon and egg, mix together with the mayonnaise and oil, slice the avocado and tomatoes and place on top of the lettuce, then spoon the bacon and egg mixture on top and serve.
