Turkey and Sage Tart (MK2)

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Butter, salted
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Oil, olive
g Stuffing, sage and onion (HCP added*)
g Turkey, light meat, raw
g Water, distilled
g Plums, average, raw, flesh and skin
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160C/gas mark 3.
- Place coconut flour and KetoCal into bowl and rub in butter with fingertips.
- Sprinkle water over top and mix until becomes stiff crumbly pastry, roll into a ball.
- Line tartlet tin by pressing pastry into edges.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, egg, oil, turkey, cheese and stuffing, spoon into pastry case.
- Place on oven tray and cook for 10-15 mins.
- Serve with plums.
