vegan panna cotta

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Vegan cream
 g Coconut cream
 g Tesco Free From Greek Style Yogurt (HCP added*)
 g Strawberries, raw

Directions:

1 in a bowl mix the cream, coconut cream, yogurt and place over a pan of simmering water (double boiler) heat the mixture until warm then add the jelly mix until dissolved.
2 chop or mash the fresh strawberries and add to the cream mixture.
3 pour into a small bowl or Mould and chill until needed.
