g Turkey, mince, stewed
g Courgette, raw
g Ghee, butter
g Garlic, raw
g Creme fraiche, full fat
g Almonds, flaked and ground
g Flaxseed, Linwoods (HCP added*)
g Turmeric, ground
g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
Directions:
Cook Turkey with grated courgette, turmeric power on ghee butter. Add Garlic, salt, pepper
desert - mix creme fraiche with almond and flaxseed. Add sweetener. Add dis tilled water if needed
