INGREDIENTS:**
g Spinach, baby, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot (HCP added*)
g Lentils, red, split, dried, raw
g Oil, olive
g Cauli Rice (packaged) (HCP added*)
g Protifar
ml Calogen Neutral
g Curry paste
ml Asda Coconut Milk (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Chop mushrooms and fry in olive oil.
- Add lentils and curry paste
- Add stock pot and 50 ml of water
- Add coconut milk and simmer until lentils are soft
- Add spinach and wilt
- Stir in calogen
- Serve with cauliflower rice
