Veggie Dahl

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Lentils, red, split, dried, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Cauli Rice (packaged) (HCP added*)
 g Protifar
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Curry paste
 ml Asda Coconut Milk (HCP added*)

Directions:


  1. Chop mushrooms and fry in olive oil.
  2. Add lentils and curry paste
  3. Add stock pot and 50 ml of water
  4. Add coconut milk and simmer until lentils are soft
  5. Add spinach and wilt
  6. Stir in calogen 
  7. Serve with cauliflower rice
