INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)
 g Oil, walnut
 g Sweet potato, raw, flesh only

Directions:

1 microwave sweet potato until soft allow to cool, then weigh out as needed.
2 blend everything together until smooth,
3 add water to requested volume.
