1.5:1 beef, veggies, cheese blended meal - MI 27/3/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, olive
 g Carrots, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Tomato puree
 g Sweet potato, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only

Directions:

Boil the carrots, sweet potato and broccolli, weigh out and let cool
Cook the beef mince and tomato puree in the oil, add in the cheese and cook till melted and let cool
add water to make up 140ml and blend to a smooth consistency
