1.5:1 Chicken, veg, pasta, cream blended - MI 27/3/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, rapeseed
 g Chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only
 g Courgette, boiled in unsalted water
 ml Fresh double cream tesco (HCP added*)
 g Pasta, white, dried, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

1. Fry the mushrooms in 5g of oil. Allow to cool.
2. Weigh out cooked pasta and cooked courgette
3. Blend the cooked courgette, cream, mushrooms (including the residual oil in the pan), cooked pasta, remaining 5g of oil and ready cooked chicken.
4. Blend to a smooth consistency.


It may be necessary to add water to the meal to make a thinner consistency.
Food quantities are for one meal portion.
Recommend larger batch is made (multiply quantities by four). Then weigh and divide into four equal portions. Cover and store in fridge, use within 12 hours.
