tuna and beef blend with MCT ERL 27/3/24

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Tuna, canned in brine, drained
 g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
 g Pears, average, raw, flesh only
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, sunflower
 g Orange juice, chilled
 g ready brek (HCP added*)
 g Linwood cold milled flaxseed

Directions:

Weigh out all ingredients (pear should be peeled)
Mix ketocal powder with 300ml water, following instructions on tin.
Fry the mince beef in the olive oil until cooked through, 
Chop and then boil the celeriac and caulflower until soft
When cool, mix all ingredients together in blender, and blend until smooth consistency, adding water to final volume of 960ml
This recipe serves 4 portions.
Give the blend a shake/mix before using as fats may have separated.
