INGREDIENTS:**
g Oil, olive
g Cocoa powder
g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
g Whitworths Ground Almonds
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Coconut flour Tiana (HCP added*)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
Directions:
1Pre heat oven to 180c / fan 160c / gas 5.
Mix together the cocoa, coconut, almonds, psyllium husk, ketocal and Barkat.Whisk the eggs, oil, vanilla. granular sweetener and beat well.
Add the dry ingredients and beat together until well combined. (You need a dropping texture so add few tablespoons of cold water if needed)
Place in a prepared 7-inch round cake tin.
bake for 25/35 minutes if you insert a sharp knife once baked it will come out clean if not place back in for another 5 minutes,
allow to cool then ice or wrap and freeze until needed 3 months.
