Macaroni pasta

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
g Macaroni pasta (tesco) (HCP added*)
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the egg yolk, cream,
- Boil the pasta for a few minutes until cooked (note above weight is cooked pasta)
- Add the pasta to the frying pan with the heat turned off and stir in the cream mixture the heat from the pasta will cook the sauce.
- Add the cheese and serve.
