Macaroni pasta

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Macaroni pasta (tesco) (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix the egg yolk, cream, 
  2. Boil the pasta for a few minutes until cooked (note above weight is cooked pasta)
  3. Add the pasta to the frying pan with the heat turned off and stir in the cream mixture the heat from the pasta will cook the sauce.
  4. Add the cheese and serve.
