chicken sticks

INGREDIENTS:**
g Chicken, dark meat, raw
g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Oil, olive
g Olives, green, in brine, drained, flesh and skin
Directions:
1 cup the chicken into long strips. place into a bowl
2 cut the peppers into med square chucnks, slice the mushrooms in half and add to the bowl
3 drizzle the oil over the chicken and add the olives, season with salt and pepper and allow to stand covered for 30 minutes,
4 place the chicken and veg onto a a metal or wooden skewer, grill bake or BBQ till the chicken is cooked thoguht.
