3:1 chicken and Spinach Curry - RG 27/6/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken, dark meat, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Garlic puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Curry powder
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add spring onion, chicken and garlic puree to pan and cook on a medium heat for 5 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add tinned tomato, 30 ml water, curry powder and spinach, cook for 5 mins on a low heat.
  4. Add cream, mash/puree and serve (If too thick, add more water)



Multiply ingredients by required number of portions (except MCT, which can be added per portion when served). Let cool completely before freezing
